VEROZINC ROLLED ZINC
Since 1992, IEQSA is a regular supplier of Titanzinc coils, zinc sheets and zinc strips. More than two dozen manufacturers of gutters, down-pipes, elbows and roof-accessories, in Germany, France and other 14 European and Asian countries, are our regular customers.
ZINC OXIDE
A typical chemical analysis will show a purity of 99.9%. In fact, we are particularly proud of the quality of our Gold Seal Zinc Oxide: due to its high purity, very small particle size, specific area, and other characteristics, it is already considered among the best pharmaceutical grade zinc oxides available in the world market.
ANODES FOR ELECTROPLATING
The prime quality of Peruvian electrolytic SHG zinc, of 99.995% minimum purity, makes it the ideal raw material for the production of electroplating anodes. Customers in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Chile, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, Japan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, United Kingdom and United States already know the advantages of IEQSA anodes for this application.
PRODUCTS FOR BATTERIES
Among these, perhaps IEQSA’s most world renowned product is Zinc Calots or Zinc Slugs used in the manufacture of cans for Dry Cell Batteries. This is an item which we already supply on a regular basis to battery makers in 25 countries, of all continents. Our zinc calots are manufactured as per the alloys, dimensions and hardness characteristics indicated by each customer. We have available a full range of zinc calots, from R-25 to R-03, round or hexagonal, with or without lubrication, in Cadmium and Cadmium-free alloys.
ZINC ALLOYS - ZAMAC AND OTHERS
IEQSA has accumulated more than four decades of experience in the production of zinc alloys for the most diverse uses and applications.
For the users of Zinc Zamak (Zamac), for example, we are supplying a complete range of these alloys, as these are defined by the technical norms EN1774 (Europe), ASTM B240-07 (USA) and others.
